If you look at the video, his inbox just keeps trying to refresh and load his emails with no success. This one user for some reason still cannot get his email despite doing this. He provided an iOS screen recording as a video demonstrating that he did delete his account and re-added it (see video below) and still no request for second factor or email in the inbox. For every other user who uses iOS native mail app, deleting and re-adding their email account has had success. ![]() We have one user that cannot get his apple mail sync emails on iPhone (native mail app) after we enabled the modern authentication with MFA. ![]() (disabling any prior legacy per-user MFA). We recently switched from basic authentication to modern, while enabling MFA organization wide. ![]()
